Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• →You must be at least 18 years of age to register on and use the platform.
• →You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• →Registration is open to individuals globally where internet access is available, though earnings structures may be subject to local tax laws.
• →Employees and immediate family members of KnowIT Digital Library LTD may be restricted from certain earning programmes.

• →Each member may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension.
• →You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• →You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at .
• →KnowIT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account use due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• →You must not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf.

• →All products on the platform are digital goods. No physical delivery is involved.
• →Access to certain products is contingent on your active membership package level.
• →All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not provided for purchased eBooks or video courses once access has been granted.
• →KnowIT reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any product from the library at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• →Members may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any platform content without explicit written permission.

• →All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. USD prices are indicative only.
• →Payments are processed through approved gateways (Paystack, Korapay, or others as updated). KnowIT does not store full payment card details.
• →Pricing for packages and products is displayed on the platform and may be updated at KnowIT's discretion.
• →You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction on transactions made through the platform.

• →Earnings (binary pairing, referral, cashback, generational, loyalty) are calculated based on actual product engagement and network activity — not mere registration.
• →The 1 PV conversion rate and bonus percentages are set by KnowIT and may be adjusted at management's discretion with notice to members.
• →Earnings are credited to your digital wallet and are subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold (₦) before redemption.
• →KnowIT reserves the right to withhold or reverse earnings that result from fraudulent activity, system errors, or policy violations.
• →Ranking awards (cars, cash, travel) are non-transferable and subject to separate qualification verification by management.
• →Past earnings do not guarantee future earnings. KnowIT makes no income guarantees.

• →Members must not use deceptive, misleading, or unsolicited marketing to recruit others. All promotions must accurately represent the platform.
• →Self-referral, creating fake accounts, or manipulation of the binary/referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
• →Members bear full responsibility for claims made to their referrals. KnowIT is not liable for promises made by members to third parties.

Members agree not to:

• →Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• →Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
• →Upload, share, or distribute harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• →Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform
• →Interfere with the platform's performance or security infrastructure
• →Impersonate KnowIT staff or other members

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on the KnowIT platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, eBooks, video courses, and software — is the intellectual property of KNOWIT DIGITAL LIBRARY LTD or its licensed content partners.

• →Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for private use only.
• →Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of platform content without written consent is a violation of copyright law.
• →Content creators retain ownership of their original works but grant KnowIT a licence to distribute and display their content on the platform.

KnowIT reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• →Violates these Terms or our policies
• →Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behaviour
• →Remains inactive beyond the period defined by platform policy
• →Is found to have provided false registration information

Upon termination, access to all products and pending earnings may be forfeited where violations are established. Members may request voluntary account deletion by contacting support, subject to final payout processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law:

• →KnowIT provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• →KnowIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
• →KnowIT's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount paid by that member for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• →KnowIT is not responsible for third-party services, payment gateway failures, or internet connectivity issues.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or platform use:

• →You agree to first contact KnowIT support to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days.
• →If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Nigeria under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (as amended).
• →These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• →Both parties waive any right to class-action proceedings.

KnowIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• →Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• →Notify registered members via email or platform notification

Your continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
